Community Manager - Portfolio

The Community Manager - Portfolio is a full-time, on-site position based in Katy, TX. This role involves managing the daily operations of a portfolio of communities, including building relationships with homeowners, vendors, and board members while ensuring community standards are upheld. The Community Manager will oversee budgets, contracts, and compliance with governing documents. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, facilitating board meetings, coordinating maintenance activities, and addressing homeowner inquiries or concerns to promote satisfaction within the community.

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills for effectively managing multiple communities and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with homeowners, vendors, and board members.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and expense oversight.
• Knowledge or experience in property management, community governance, contracts, and compliance monitoring.
• Proficiency with office software and management tools to facilitate administrative tasks and reporting.
• Ability to provide effective conflict resolution and problem-solving strategies to address concerns and maintain positive community relationships.
• Certification in community association management or relevant field is a plus (e.g., CMCA, AMS, or equivalent).
• Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach to resolving challenges and ensuring operational excellence.
