Your role with us:Reporting to the VP, Operations, the US Operations Manager is responsible for delivering safe, dependable, and efficient geographical operational performance across field services, equipment rentals, fleet management, customer equipment support, logistics, and inventory control. The US Operations Manager provides front-line leadership in safety, quality, and facility management while actively participating in day-to-day operational execution.
You will bring to the role:- Minimum 5 years experience in operations and/or field services management in an equipment-based, service, rental, or industrial environment.
- Post-secondary education in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a technical field is preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude with the fortitude to get hands‑on for direct execution of operational and field activities.
- Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform repairs and adjustments.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced operational environment.
- Excellent communication and teambuilding skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working in ERP systems.
- Certified training and experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet the Driving Eligibility Program requirements.
