Circle B Veterinary Hospital is a growing, multi-doctor, AAHA-accredited, private practice in Katy, TX . We're seeking an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our team with energy, professionalism, and a passion for growth.

The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall business operations of the hospital, including:

• Human resources (hiring, training, reviews, employee relations)

• Financial management (budgets, KPIs, inventory, vendor management)

• Client services (escalations, retention, satisfaction)

• Facility operations and maintenance

• Marketing and community outreach

• Ensuring compliance with AAHA standards (next review in 2026)

• Supporting a positive and productive team environment

Required:

• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field

• Multiple years of leadership experience in a veterinary setting

• Strong skills in communication, time management, and staff development

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work full-time with reliable transportation

Preferred:

• Experience with
  Ezy Vet software

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
