Performs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and preventative maintenance, and building automation which include analysis, troubleshooting, and repairs.;
Liaison between management, contractors and vendors which includes scheduling shutdowns and inspections.;
Execute quality control and preventive maintenance inspections (PMI's) and generates work orders.;
Maintains a safe work environment by conducting walk-throughs, inspections, documenting and troubleshooting potential safety issues.;
Provide shared 24/7- 365 day on call coverage for all critical equipment during non-business hours.
