Job Description

Alcozer Law Firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

• Manage personal injury case files from intake to settlement.
• Organizing files.
• Filling out legal forms and assisting clients with filling out forms.
• Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
• Writing reports and legal documents for attorney review.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Assist attorneys in case preparation, including discovery and trial preparation.
• Maintain accurate case records and deadlines.

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in personal injury law.
• Knowledge of litigation procedures and court filings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.

• $22.00 - $25.00 per hour + Bonus
