Business Analyst - SupplyChain; OTM, RMS

Qualifications

• Candidates need to have Supply Chain experience (OTM - Oracle Transportation Management)
• Agile management & methodologies
• Experience writing user stories and epics
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for managing user stories and epics
• Experience working in the following supply chain areas (OTM, RMS, Container loading tool)
• Will work with the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation teams
• Work with the tech lead to make sure we get accurate estimates, and communicate with the client to describe the need.
• Spend time in the DC with the manager and others to understand the needs and help craft solutions
• Serves as the liaison between the customer community and the software development team via clearly documented functional, system, and process requirements.
• Work with client/stakeholders to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis, and use cases.
• Evaluate information from multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client’s business requests and needs and translates them into application and operational requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group.
