Breakfast Attendant

Our hotel is seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable breakfast experience during their stay. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have excellent communication skills.

• Set up the breakfast buffet and ensure that all food items are fresh and presented attractively.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with their breakfast needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including clearing tables and wiping counters.
• Ensure that breakfast items are constantly stocked and replenished.
• Answer guests' questions about the breakfast menu and hotel services.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow all health and safety regulations when handling food and cleaning.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
