We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work with a collaborative, supportive team while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As a BCBA with Harmony ABA Centers, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and their families.

• Competitive Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days annually, promoting work-life balance.

  Work Schedule:
  
  Be home every evening.
• Bonus Opportunities:
  Quarterly performance bonuses.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor and analyze progress data, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice as outlined by the BACB.

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain Texas Licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Katy, TX before starting work.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday. No evenings or weekends required.
