Physical Therapist (PT) – Pediatric Outpatient Clinic | Katy, TX. Reliant Healthcare Group is a clinician-owned, clinician-operated pediatric therapy organization dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential—while providing a supportive, collaborative environment for our therapists. We are growing and seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our clinic-based pediatric outpatient team in Katy, TX. This role is ideal for PTs who enjoy hands-on pediatric care, teamwork, and a consistent clinic schedule.

21630 Merchants Way, Katy, TX 77449.
- Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate therapy through play-based and functional activities
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality care
- Document patient progress clearly and accurately
- Enjoy working with children in a clinic-based setting
- Prefer a pediatric-only caseload (no home health, no adult patients)
- Value collaboration, mentorship, and a supportive work environment
- Are looking for a long-term clinic role rather than PRN or travel work
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas – REQUIRED
- Pediatric experience preferred (new pediatric PTs welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
