Role Overview
The HIMS Service Clerk plays a vital role in supporting hospital staff and leadership with essential data management tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Data entry and accurate maintenance of patient records, charts, and files.
- Assisting the HIMS Supervisor with chart research and FIM score calculations.
- Maintaining logs and records in line with Medical Records Department procedures.
