Senior Accountant

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Accountant who combines strong accounting fundamentals with the discipline to run a timely month‑end close and the curiosity to improve processes as we scale. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage and coach a team of three (1 accountant and 2 finance support), maintain daily bank reconciliations, oversee AP/AR, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and inventory (four inventory locations) in Net Suite, and deliver actionable variance analysis to the business.

The work allocation is 60% transactional, 30% close & analysis, and 10% strategic. For the right builder, this is a 24–36 month path to Controller with direct exposure to the owners and founders in a privately owned, operator‑led environment.

• Close by BD7 every month; CFO reporting package (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPI/flux) delivered by BD8.
• 100% daily bank reconciliations; reconciling items aged ≤2 days; no >30‑day unreconciled items.
• Cash‑flow improvement: implement weekly cash cadence and negotiate improved vendor payment terms on priority suppliers to enhance liquidity.
• Expense integrity: establish GL hygiene with proper class/category coding; miscoded expenses
