Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD), ERP systems, process simulation tools and SAP
• Experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role, preferably within a thermal or related industry
  .
• Knowledge of brazing, welding, or thermal insulation techniques.
• Experience with testing procedures for thermal systems (e.g., pressure tests, thermal cycling).
• Ability to read and interpret P& thermal schematics.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, PFMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis (RCA). Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus

• Fluent in Mandarin

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for thermal equipment and systems.
• Prepare and manage production schedules to meet customer and internal requirements.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth production flow and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
• Identify inefficiencies in thermal manufacturing processes and implement lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methods.
• Lead efforts to reduce cycle time, scrap rates, and energy consumption in thermal production.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirement and standards
• Collaborate with quality engineers to resolve product or process-related issues and drive corrective actions.
• Specify and maintain production tools, fixtures, and jigs used in manufacturing thermal components.
• Support installation, calibration, and maintenance of production machinery related to heat treatment, commissioning, or nitrogen charging.
