Contract

Position Summary

Ivy Kids is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented contractor to coordinate our participation in Texas's Education Savings Account (ESA) program, early childhood tax credit opportunities, and local public-private Pre-K partnerships. This role will be instrumental in supporting Ivy Kids schools—both corporate and franchise-owned—as they navigate eligibility, compliance, and partnership development under these funding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Administration
    • Track developments in the Texas ESA program, HB 2 implementation, and related tax credit or voucher opportunities.
    • Maintain a calendar of key deadlines, application cycles, and reporting timelines.
    • Help Ivy Kids schools submit and track ESA provider applications or partnership paperwork.
    • Document and disseminate relevant updates to franchisees and internal staff.
  • Stakeholder Support
    • Serve as the point-of-contact for franchisees, districts, and intermediaries.
    • Draft and manage templated materials such as capacity reports, family guides, and documentation packets.
  • Communications & Training
    • Prepare internal FAQs, memos, and toolkits for franchisees.
    • Coordinate and host webinars or Q&A sessions with school leadership teams.
  • Partnership Development
    • Support outreach to local school districts under new HB 2 Pre-K requirements.
    • Help Ivy Kids proactively demonstrate capacity and availability to district intermediaries.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Texas early childhood funding programs or education policy preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with compliance, program coordination, or franchisee support a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Texas-based or knowledge of the Texas education system strongly preferred.
  • Estimated time commitment: 20 hours/week
  • Compensation:
    Hourly rate commensurate with experience
  • Flexible, remote with virtual meetings
