Sealy Dental Center, a well-established, high-volume dental practice in Katy, TX
, is seeking a highly experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our fast-paced front office team. We are known for exceptional patient care, teamwork, and a positive, energetic work environment.

PLEASE NOTE:
This position requires a minimum of 6 months of dental front office experience.
Candidates without prior dental front office experience will not be considered.

🕘 Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💰 Compensation

$20–$22/hour

Our ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a large, fast-paced dental office
. You must be comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities while keeping patients informed, happy, and on schedule.

You should be well-versed in:

  • Dental insurance & benefit breakdowns
  • Patient charting and profile completion
  • Managing high call volumes and a full schedule
  • Supporting multiple providers efficiently

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Check patients in and out efficiently
  • Verify dental insurance and explain benefit breakdowns
  • Answer and manage multi-line phone systems
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a full schedule
  • Call re-care and follow up with patients
  • Collect payments for current and outstanding balances
  • Accurately update and maintain patient charts/profiles

Qualifications

✅ REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable)

  • Minimum 6 months of dental front office experience
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification & breakdowns
  • Understanding of dental procedure codes
  • Advanced computer skills and comfort with patient management systems
  • Experience working in a large, fast-paced office
  • Ability to support up to 7 providers in one day
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Pleasant, confident phone demeanor
  • Denticon software experience is a plus!
Pay Range

USD $18.50 - USD $20.00 /Yr.
