Front Office Assistant

Overview

Avalon Dental Group is seeking a friendly and motivated Front Office Assistant to join our team and represent our established practice in Katy, TX. We are looking for someone with a great personality, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate eager to grow in the dental field and to be trained in all aspects of the front office.

• Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Greet and check patients in and out
• Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling appointments
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and team members
• Support daily front office operations
• Learn and assist with dental scheduling and basic administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and be trained in dental front office procedures
• Prior experience in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required
