Built on a legacy of quality and innovation, we are seeking a Process Improvement Intern to join our team and support our continued growth. This position reports to the Global Process Manager and will work in our Katy, Texas office.

EssentialJob Duties and Responsibilities
- Improve upon the Process Management processes by expanding on the platform for tracking and managing projects/processes
- Establish criteria for vetting potential areas of improvement and implement a method of ranking
- Evaluate existing product development processes and provide insight to determine areas of improvement
- Gathering cross‑functional process feedback
- Understanding of departmental processes
The Dometic Internship Program is a professional learning experience that offers meaningful, practical work related to a student's field of study or career interest. Our program gives students the opportunity to collaborate with team members, have a meaningful project that allows you to have impact, career exploration and development, learn new skills, and get to know other interns.
The ideal candidate for this role shall- Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level.
- Coursework related to the internship role in Operations Management, Process Management, Information Systems, or Business Systems Development.
- Foundational understanding of workflows and process management.
- Interest in KPIs as they relate to process management

Skills:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio. Lean and Continuous improvement, Six Sigma, - Soft Skills:
Strong communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, conceptual thinking, and adaptability skills. - Detail‑oriented with focus on accuracy.
