• Oversee the management of web, email, social, event marketing, and sales‑related data
• Collect, analyze, and report marketing data to support decision‑making and strategy development
• Help develop and implement policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure data quality
• Analyze business needs and document requirements for marketing data projects and initiatives
• Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures to monitor and manage data across the department
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to establish data classification and access controls based on organizational and regulatory requirements
• Monitor industry statistics and follow industry trends
• Seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop branding messages
• Identify target customers and markets
• Collect and compile customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership
• Collect and maintain sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives
• Forecast and analyze sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepare and present reports summarizing information; make recommendations based on analysis
• Develop and distribute materials related to sales, training, and marketing
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field preferred
• One to three years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field required

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to travel 15% of the time
