What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and conduct thorough damage assessments on their vehicles

• Write accurate, detailed collision repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software (e.g., CCC One)

• Review and clearly explain repair plans to customers in a friendly, customer-focused manner

• Coordinate with insurance adjusters to secure approvals and ensure adherence to proper repair protocols

• Collaborate closely with technicians, painters, and parts staff to streamline workflow and meet turnaround (cycle time) targets

• Keep customers regularly updated on repair progress and delivery timelines

• Ensure all estimates align with OEM repair standards and uphold shop quality benchmarks

Requirements

•

Experience:

Prior role as an Auto Body or Collision Repair Estimator, or Insurance Adjuster (I-CAR Certifications preferred)

Skills:

Proficiency with estimating software (CCC One or similar), strong negotiation, and excellent communication abilities

• Knowledge:
Familiarity with OEM repair processes, insurance claims procedures, and collision repair operations

• Traits:
