Katy Aquatic sis a nonprofit youth swim organization seeking a detail-oriented part-time Billing & Bookkeeper. This role supports daily billing operations and monthly accounting tasks for our swim team and learn-to-swim programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage member billing, withdrawals, credits, and collections
- Respond to billing inquiries and track account balances
- Record deposits and expenses in Quick Books
- Reconcile bank accounts and month-end reporting
- Annual tasks including 1099s, unclaimed property, and support in preparing Form 990
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Experience with billing, bookkeeping, or accounting preferred
Schedule &
Location:
- Part-Time position
- Mostly virtual with one day per week in the office
