The Administrative Assistant supports the Property Owners Association (POA) by providing administrative support to the management office. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while interacting professionally with residents, vendors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support including answering phones, responding to emails, assisting with amenity access, and gate concerns.
- Support management staff with community events, meetings, and amenity center operations.
