McGee Wealth Management, a growing financial advisory firm located in Katy, TX, is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team. We are a financial planning firm that has client service as our #1 priority and we are looking for someone with the same mindset to join us as a full-time CSA. You will be working with our team under the direction of our Lead Advisors.

Salary & Benefits:

Responsibilities :
Respond to and execute client requests in a timely and professional manner
Handle all paperwork for clients and the firm's custodians
Assist in the maintenance of the firm document management system
Provide administrative support to the Lead Advisors
Advisor meeting prep and follow-up tasks, including document and information gathering from clients
Coordinate client meeting scheduling, including in-person and video meetings
Follow-up and document work as appropriate in our CRM
Handle client RMDs
Attend and contribute to team meetings
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in financial services
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn to navigate various web-based platforms
- Positive, energetic, friendly, and service-oriented
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to follow/interpret procedures and see tasks and projects through to completion
Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates may be asked to take assessments.
A background and credit check will be required.
