As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. Base pay range: $16.00/yr - $17.60/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, and do so with a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• Assist your team whenever possible.
• Act with integrity and always adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• You are available during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You are a fan of AE and Aerie products.
• You have previous retail experience.
