• Deliver prompt and courteous customer service, including assisting customers at the gas pump.
• Ring up sales accurately on the POS system and comply with all cash handling procedures.
• Handle cash and other tender forms, including coupons.
• Adhere to company policies, store procedures, safety, and environmental policies.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise; maintain inventory levels and perform shift audits.
• Participate in safety programs and attend mandatory training and meetings.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain site cleanliness inside and out; report equipment problems.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and maintain a positive work environment.
• Operate with minimal supervision and support flexible hours and job-related meetings.

• Stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Maintain 20/40 vision (corrective lenses acceptable) to read inventory levels, gas pumps, and other items.
• Communicate accurately with customers and teammates.
• Respond to safety procedures and alarms.
• Frequent overhead reaching, gripping, wrist movement, and finger dexterity for restocking, operating POS, handling payments, and operating gas pumps.
• Squat, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs as required.
• Climb stepladder to retrieve items or place signs.

• Minimum 21 years of age and legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and handling cash preferred.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing, including telephone communication.
• Ability to work various scheduled shifts, arrive on time, and use equipment and tools as required.
• Capable of performing essential duties under described conditions.

Part‑time employees (≥20 hours/week) receive an Employee Assistance Program, enrollment in the company’s 401(k) plan, and discounted company stock. Eligible for 29 hours vacation after one year, accruing bi‑weekly thereafter.
