Job Description
We are hiring Sushi Chefs to enrich the culinary and service experience for our guests.
Sign‑On Bonus: $1,250 (paid after 90 days and completion of training).
Estimated Compensation: Hourly rate + tips; average hourly pay $25.

What You’ll Do In This Role- Interact with guests at the sushi bar; take orders, explain dishes, and cultivate an amazing experience.
- Learn our various sushi stations and progress as your knowledge and skills grow.
- Collaborate with our teams to create dishes for the specials page and core menu.
- Prior experience in a high‑volume, guest‑facing sushi line is preferred.
