The Winston’s Food Runner is an integral part of the Pool & Beach team and reports to the Winston’s Management Team. This role is responsible for working with the serving team in meeting food delivery timing standards, and ensuring a clean, and welcoming outdoor dining experience for our guests.

• Coordinate F&B delivery service from the kitchen to the pool, beach and outdoor dining areas
• Clear, set up, and clean restaurant tables
• Communicate any service delays, guest concerns and kitchen menu changes clearly to managers
• Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to guests and providing seating assistance as needed
• Complete opening and closing duties

• Attention to detail to ensure proper timing and every guest receives the order exactly as requested
• Ability to carry trays across long distances
• Capacity to work outdoors, standing and walking in hot, humid climates for the entire shift
• English communication skills, written and verbal
