Situated on oceanfront Collins Avenue in Millionaire’s Row, Fontainebleau Miami Beach is historically and architecturally significant; opened in 1954 and designed by Morris Lapidus.
Responsibilities
- Supply servers with food items and supplies for the front of the restaurant to function effectively.
- General table maintenance and cleanliness of restaurants in accordance with specifications, in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Serve general items such as soups, salads, and beverages to guests as necessary.
- Set tables with silverware and glassware, restock server stations.
- Clean tabletops and chairs.
- Make coffee and keep a fresh supply of coffee and water available.
- Supply service bar with food such as soups, salads, and desserts.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of electrical equipment usage. Working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests.
- Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred.
