Situated on oceanfront Collins Avenue in the heart of Millionaire's Row, Fontainebleau Miami Beach is one of the most historically and architecturally significant hotels on Miami Beach. Opened in 1954 and designed by Morris Lapidus, it was the most luxurious hotel on Miami Beach, and is thought to be the most significant building of Lapidus' career.

Responsible to supply servers with food items and supplies for the front of the restaurant to function effectively. Responsible for general table maintenance and cleanliness of restaurants in accordance to specification, in a courteous and efficient manner.

• Serve general items such as food, hot and cold beverages.
• Stock up the runner station with all required items.
• Clean area and station clean.
• Serving guests at the pool and cabanas in a timely manner.
• Well groomed at all times and upbeat.
• Knowledge of electrical equipment usage. Working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests.
• Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred.
