Nobu Miami is the Miami outpost of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's new Japanese cuisine empire. Nobu draws upon his classical training at sushi bars in Tokyo and his life abroad in Peru, Argentina, and around the world to create a whole new trend in Japanese cuisine, bringing a burst of excitement to the already famed scene of Miami Beach. Located in the Nobu Hotel at Eden Roc, Nobu adds an extra level of class and sophistication to the iconic hotel.

- Prepares hot and cold food (entrees, soups, salads, etc.) following established recipes for all meal services and special events
- Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
- Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
- Restocks food supplies and takes inventory when required
- One year of experience in an upscale, high-volume environment
- Formal culinary training a plus
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
