Responsibilities:

• Become familiar with all menu items, wine and spirits.
• Walk and push food and beverage orders to guests, ensuring correct and prompt delivery.
• Enter orders into the computer system to request food preparation.
• Observe guests and respond if additional service is required.
• Prepare check and deliver to guests.
• Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station during the shift.
• Follow all cash, credit card, and room charge procedures.
• Follow all check control procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Possess knowledge of basic functions of food operations, acceptable sanitation standards, and proper chemical usage.
• Communicate effectively with management, staff, and guests.
• Relevant experience in a high-quality, high-volume operation preferred.
