General Manager – Star Touch One

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 + performance bonus

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Starbucks General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and leads by example.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Lead, hire, train, and develop team members
• Ensure exceptional guest service and food quality
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs
• Drive sales, productivity, and operational excellence
• Maintain a positive, team‑focused work environment

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer‑first mindset
  
  Financial and operational knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• 3+ years of management experience
