• Oversee the coordination and successful execution of all programs/services contracted through the Restaurant Sales department. Rectify any deficiencies with respective operational departments.
• Generate revenue for the restaurants through direct sales, direct mail, and other sales and marketing efforts.
• Identify key markets and develop key relationships to generate sales.
• Accurately describe what each restaurant has to offer (availability, general layout, capacities, appearance, menu details, etc.).
• Build and foster relationships with partners, managing the end-to-end sales cycle and attending conferences and events to grow sales.
• Ensure compliance with company and departmental rules, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and oversee the department's financial goals.
• High motivation, organization, and leadership qualities; enjoy developing team members and interacting with guests.
• Ability to travel for client visits/appointments.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills, and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Multi-tasking capability.
• Bachelor's degree or combination of four years relevant education and experience required.
• 2 years of luxury resort hotel/restaurant sales preferred.
• Food and Beverage operational experience preferred.
