Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an On-Call Overnight Guest Services Attendant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. Guest Service Attendants provide guests with a full-service arrival and departure experience, welcome all incoming and outgoing guests, assist with luggage, safely park guest vehicles, and make necessary deliveries and pick-ups to and from guest rooms.

Interactions are handled in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer service and satisfaction.

• Park arriving and retrieve departing guest vehicles safely while adhering to all company and government traffic regulations and Resort Garage Parking Policy. Assess any damage and clearly note damage on claim ticket along with location of parked vehicle.
• Deliver and pick up luggage to and from guests  rooms and maintain detailed records of all luggage, room and amenity deliveries.
• Greet all arriving guests with amenity and escort or guide guests to the front desk and introduce them to the Front Desk Agent. Greet and offer assistance to all guests passing through the lobby.
• Provide a safe and comfortable ride for resort guests. Ensure limo and house car are in good repair and stocked with necessary amenities. Maintain appropriate logs of transportation and have strong knowledge of the city to minimize travel time.
• Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions. Arrange taxis or resort vehicle transportation as needed.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests when possible and resolve inquiries about hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, and in-house events.

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of previous experience required.
• Prior experience at a luxury hotel or resort.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Able to read, write and speak English.

Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Pay: $21.12 per hour
