Four Seasons Resort O ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Full Time Waterman Food Runner who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Waterman Food Runner reports to the Pool & Beach Leadership Team and serves guest needs by assisting the Pool & Beach Service Attendant with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests. We are looking for energetic, experienced customer service professionals with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants must have the flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Deliver food & beverages from the kitchen to the pool and beach areas
• Assist in clearing, cleaning, setting up tables, pool chairs for service
• Greeting guests according to Four Seasons standards
• Anticipate guest needs and respond urgently to guest requests
• Assist in stocking linen, silverware, utensils, towels, and food items for service
• Assist in breaking down, cleaning, and set-up of food stations

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience with at least 3 months to 1 year of full-time employment in related position.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Pay: $21.75 per hour
