Our beachfront island Resort sits on Oahu’s wild and rugged western coast, where vast ocean views and lively pools and lagoons provide the setting for an unforgettable adventure. Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an On Call Banquet Server who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Banquet Server reports to the Assistant Banquet Manager and serves guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.

On Oahu’s sunny western coast – wild, rugged and conveniently close to Honolulu and Waikiki Beach – Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina balances a classic Hawaiian style with one-of-a-kind luxury. Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina offers chic and light-filled spaces with vast ocean views and 370 accommodations. Restaurants and bars are infused with the magnetic energy of Ko Olina.

Guests can enjoy pools, lagoons, water sports, tennis, golf, and the Spa at Four Seasons.

• Offer pre-determined menu selections to each table; maintain knowledge of each selection’s origin, taste, and preparation method; communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the Banquet Manager or kitchen; check completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order; transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
• Assist in set-up of linen, china, glass, silver, and accent pieces for each function according to the banquet event order.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Breakdown and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Candidates should have at least 1-year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Must be experienced in the areas of communication and computer skills.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States
