Join the Beach Host (Seasonal) role at Soho House & Co
. The role involves greeting guests, managing phone calls, creating reservations, and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure each member and guest is welcomed by name and provide a hospitable greeting.
  • Answer high‑volume phone lines and provide accurate information on menus, hours, availability, and pricing.
  • Create reservations for club/restaurants and assist F&B managers with service standards and execution.
  • Maintain friendliness, accuracy, and discretion in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with reception to deliver excellent service and manage expectations.
  • Build relationships with members and guests, and communicate feedback to management.
  • Support team in creating a fun and positive atmosphere.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar hospitality role.
  • Experience with Open Table and MICROS.
  • Strong phone handling and member service skills in a high‑volume environment.
  • Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented, articulate, and able to multitask in a demanding setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexible schedule; willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift, grasp, turn, and hold objects.
  • Must be able to work on your feet for 8‑10 hours.
  • Fast‑paced movement required to move between club areas.
  • Must communicate clearly with guests, members, and coworkers.
  • Must handle computers and keyboard.
  • Occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing as required.
