What You'll Do

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, including lobby, hallways, public areas, entrance, and related exterior spaces.
• Clean and set up meeting room functions according to function sheets.
• Perform deep cleaning of areas such as rooms and public spaces as assigned (e.g., shampooing as needed).
• Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions, including morning coffee service and nightly concierge events.
• Deliver housekeeping items (hair dryers, ironing boards, irons, etc.) to guest rooms upon request from the front desk.
• Receive assignments, keys, pager, and special guest requests from supervisor at the start of each shift.
• Check and replenish supplies and cleaning tools.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests.
• Return lost items with proper documentation to the Housekeeping Department.
• You may be asked to take on additional responsibilities outside of this job post as needed.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or similar position.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Passion for customer service and good verbal communication skills; basic writing skills.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
