• Assists in overseeing and monitoring the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Assist guests in locker rooms with lockers, steam room, dry sauna and whirlpool.
• Assists in completing all engineering work order requests.
• Responsible for laundry distribution.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Assist in the Spa locker rooms as needed.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
• Previous experience as a room attendant or houseman or any other customer service related experience helpful.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
