Spa Concierge ($17.50/hr) – Fontainebleau Miami Beach

Join the team at Fontainebleau Miami Beach and provide exceptional service at our world‑famous spa and salon. This role offers a dynamic environment on Collins Avenue and celebrates the legacy of architect Morris Lapidus.

• Properly open, close, and maintain the spa and salon according to SOPs.
• Answer phones and process all spa and salon reservations, changes, or cancellations, confirming details and informing guests of policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas to ensure a safe, effective environment.
• Explain spa treatment menu and packages accurately to guests.
• Provide courteous personal services for guests regarding resort directions, food & beverage amenities, laundry services, etc.
• Process all billing and posting for spa, salon, and retail services; report overages/shortages to the Spa Guest Supervisor.
• Assist in all areas of spa and salon operations as required.
• Perform any related duties as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Communicate effectively and establish working relationships with staff.

• Previous experience in a spa resort environment preferred.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
