The RoleThe Front Desk Agent is an integral part of the Front Office Team. You are the first impression, and have the opportunity to make a lasting impression through your intuitive service, attention to detail and highly efficient check‑in/out skills. This role connects with the guests during their stays, quickly responds to requests, personalises interactions and finds opportunities to make their experiences memorable.
WhatYou Will Do
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in‑house events, directions, etc. and make insightful requests.
- Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Resolve guest complaints to complete satisfaction, and find opportunities to recognise and personalise the service.
- Communicate and collaborate with all departments, providing clear information about guest concerns and preferences.
- Attend to details in all reservations, changes and preferences.
- Experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Cross‑cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
- Guest centricity and ensuring execution of guest preferences.
- Attention to detail and technical skills.
