Advisor Talent Solutions – Service Advisor role located in Kapolei, HI.

Pay Range

$70,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr. Monthly commission (uncapped).

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous client interaction in an office environment
  • 5+ years of Financial Industry Experience Preferred
  • CFP Preferred
  • Life & Health paired with either a Series 65 or Series 7 & 66 combination

Responsibilities
  • Maintain licenses and comply with all rules and regulations.
  • Maintain E&O insurance and act as fiduciary for all fee‑based clients.
  • Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings and workshops.
  • Provide EPIC planning and stay current with best practices.
  • Use Nitrogen, Retirement Analyzer, Salesforce, and other software.
  • Return all client emails and calls within 2 hours.
  • Master and document all client communication in Salesforce.
  • Set sales goals and focus on achieving them.
  • Provide exceptional client experience and professional education.
  • Process new business applications and support advisors.
  • Scan and upload documents into client files.
  • Ensure all vendor and broker/dealer requirements are satisfied.
  • Handle urgent client servicing items and Salesforce tracking.
  • Participate in daily check‑in and management meetings.
  • Manage client communication and prepare summary recaps.
  • Support admin staff during breaks and coverage periods.
Salary

$70,000 – $80,000 yearly with monthly commission (uncapped).
