Salary Information:
Minimum for Academic Year , $2,053 per credit hour, commensurate with education and experience.

Conditions:

For lecturer applicant pool, part-time, pending availability of funds and actual staffing requirements. Courses may be taught during the day, evening, weekend, or online.

• Teach assigned courses in Accounting such as Governmental Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Auditing, Corporate and Partnership Taxation, Individual Taxation, Intermediate Accounting, Intro to Financial or Managerial Accounting, and Cost Accounting.
• Maintain a minimum of one office hour per week for each course taught.
• Prepare course syllabi and reports related to teaching and student progress.
• Work under supervision of division chair in integrating teaching efforts with other instructors in the discipline area.
• As needed, work with multi-media presentation, distance education instruction, and teaching at off-campus sites.

• Possession of a Master s degree in Accounting, a related discipline or current Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Professional experience in Accounting
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness.

• College teaching experience.
