Salary Information
Minimum for Academic Year : $2,053 per credit hour, commensurate with education and experience.
Other Conditions- For lecturer applicant pool, part‑time, pending availability of funds and actual staffing requirements.
- Must be available to teach courses online and in person, either during the day, evening, or weekend.
- Teach assigned courses in Information Technology (IT) and Information and Computer Science (ICS).
- Maintain a minimum of one office hour per week for each course taught.
- Prepare course syllabi and reports related to teaching and student progress.
- Work under supervision of division chair and IT Faculty Lead in integrating teaching efforts with other instructors in discipline area.
- As needed, work with multi‑media and distance education tools and resources.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,ICS, or a related field, or comparable professional experience or appropriate professional certifications.
- Five years of experience in networking, programming, database management, or project management in industry or government service.
- Demonstrated teaching effectiveness.
- College teaching experience.
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
- Network+ Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification?
