Front Gate Attendant

Front Gate Attendant greets and interacts with guests providing a safe, efficient and quick entry into Wet 'n' Wild Hawaii.

Duties are but not limited to the following:

• Adheres to work schedule, reports to work on time, well-groomed and wearing a clean uniform.
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service to Guests as their first point of contact into the Park.
• Use the Point-of-Sale (POS) computer system for purchases of admissions tickets, season passes and special events.
• Follow all cash handling policies to guarantee an accurate cash balance throughout the duration of the shift.
• Responsible for the accurate recording of all ticket options to confirm an accurate record of Guest attendance.
• Monitor entry of all Guests at the turnstile ensuring that guests are in compliance with park standards which includes dress codes, confiscating unauthorized drinks, beverages and/or weapons.
• Keep up with all promotions and advertisements.

• Must be at least 16 years old with a Minor's work permit, if applicable.
• Must have an active State of Hawaii TB Clearance Card.
• Adhere to work schedules and maintain regular attendance.
• Purchase uniform and keep a well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
• Must be able to work in an environment that can be at times high paced and stressful.
• Must be able to work in all types of inclement weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work all shifts which includes days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs.
