OfficeAssistant II (SR-08) vacancies
- There are four (4) vacancies with the Department of Community Services, Community Assistance Division.
- There is one (1) vacancy with the Board of Water Supply, Customer Care Division.
- There are nine (9) vacancies with the Honolulu Police Department:
- Three (3) vacancies with the Criminal Investigation Division
- Two (2) vacancies with the Vehicular Homicide Section, Traffic Division
- Two (2) vacancies with the Central Patrol Bureau Division
- One (1) vacancy with the Professional Standards Office Division
- One (1) vacancy with the Legislative Liaison Office Division
Your duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide customer service assistance in person and by telephone, responding to routine and complex inquiries and explaining applicable policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Review, evaluate, and process forms, records, payments, and other documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
- Research information from paper and electronic records; organize findings and prepare summaries, correspondence, and reports.
- Prepare, edit, scan, file, and maintain paper and electronic records in accordance with office procedures.
- Perform general office support tasks including typing, data entry, mail handling, document management, and use of standard office software and equipment.
- Route telephone calls, take messages, and facilitate communication between staff and the public.
- Provide guidance, training, or review of clerical work, as assigned, to support efficient office operations.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Office Assistant II (SR-08): $3,266 per month
Office Assistant III (SR-10): $3,471 to $3,900 per month, actual salary will be commensurate with applicable experience, pending approval.
