We’re looking for Cold Storage Forklift Operators who thrive in challenging conditions and take pride in keeping things moving — efficiently and safely.

• 1st Shift (Fri‑Mon) 5 AM – 3:30 PM
• 3rd Shift A (Sun‑Thu) 10:30 PM – 7 AM (Cold storage premium $3.25 per hour)

$20.42 per hour + $3.25 per hour cold storage premium

• Safely operate stand‑up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Handle products with care in cold storage and blast zone areas
• Receive, unload, inspect, and rotate inventory with attention to accuracy and freshness
• Ensure proper storage and stacking to prevent spoilage or contamination
• Monitor and maintain cold storage temperature standards
• Support shipping by picking, prepping, and consolidating pallets
• Perform load audits, correct labels and inventory issues
• Replenish product in appropriate bays and jump in with manual case picking as directed
• Take on related duties — and grow your skills along the way!

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
• Comfortable working full shifts in cold storage/freezer environments
• Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification
• A true team player who works toward common goals
• Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day
• Experience or training in GMP, HACCP, and Allergen protocols
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures in cold storage settings
• Reliable – we count on you, and so does the team
