The Transportation Manager at Bethany Village will oversee daily operations related to transportation services for residents while ensuring their safety and comfort. Responsibilities include managing fleet operations, coordinating resident transportation schedules, supervising transportation staff, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Additional tasks involve developing transportation policies, ensuring vehicle maintenance, and assessing transportation needs to improve service quality. Will train online KDOT reporting.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lindsborg, KS.

• Experience in Transportation Management and Fleet Management, including scheduling, routing, and vehicle maintenance
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with residents, staff, and external vendors
• Proficiency in team leadership and staff supervision
• Working knowledge of transportation safety regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in basic computer software and scheduling tools
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Previous experience in retirement or healthcare facilities is a plus
