The Role

We are hiring a detail-oriented Logistics & Trunk Show Coordinator to join our Operations team and support the seamless movement of bridal gowns and accessories across our bridal programs, including Trunk Shows and Loaner gowns. The Logistics & Trunk Show Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating logistics for Trunk Shows, Loaners, and other high-touch initiatives, ensuring each piece arrives on time.

This role includes managing shipping schedules, booking shipments and pickups, distributing required shipping documentation to relevant partners, tracking gowns and sets throughout transit, and proactively resolving any logistical challenges that arise. The Logistics & Trunk Show Coordinator will also collaborate closely with the Transport Operations team, assisting with the tracking and coordination of inbound gown shipments from various international locations.

What You Will Do:

• Plan and coordinate the seamless movement of trunk show sets and loaner gowns between locations, ensuring efficient, timely, and accurate transfers.
• Partner closely with warehouse teams to communicate incoming and outgoing product activity across warehouse facilities.
• Track the movement of trunk show gown sets and loaner gowns, accurately recording each transfer to maintain real-time visibility of all assets.
• Proactively investigate, locate, and resolve any missing items as gowns and sets travel between locations and are returned to company facilities.
• Monitor inbound international shipments, updating and maintaining accurate records within the company-wide Shipment Tracker.
• Escalate shipping exceptions to appropriate partners on the Transport Operations and Trunk Show Operations teams to support swift resolution.
• Prepare shipping labels, shipment-related invoices, and required documentation for assigned shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Provide backup support to other coordinator roles through cross-training, assisting the team during peak periods and high-volume seasons.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the Operations team.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, organizational management, supply chain management, or related field preferred. Experience of ten may substitute for education.
• 1-2 years of experience in a logistical role is preferred but not required. Plus for candidates with previous bridal or fashion experience.
• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks, applying strong coordination and organization skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite, including Excel skills with the ability to maintain detailed spreadsheets.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Procedural mindset with a talent for recognizing opportunities for process improvement.
• Ability to clearly document processes for communication and training throughout organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong team player - willingness to assist other teams with tasks as requested by upper management.

Skills that are a plus, but not required:

• Experience dealing with logistics, including outside vendors
• Exposure to inbound and outbound logistics across a variety of movement and service types
• Understanding of receiving process, discrepancy handling, and inventory control
