School Bus Driver – No Exp Needed – Paid CDL Training – Salina, KS

Location: 2359 Hein Ave., Salina, KS 67401

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Hours: 25 hours per week (flexible part‑time schedule)

Training: Paid CDL training provided.

We’re looking for reliable school bus drivers to join Durham School Services. This part‑time, split shift position offers a safe and rewarding career with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

• Safely operate a school bus on assigned local routes.
• Transport students to and from school, sports, and events.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe bus environment.
• Communicate courteously with students, parents, and school staff.
• Follow all federal, state, local, and company safety rules.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required to start).
• Hold a driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Minimum age 21 (25 in Tennessee).
• Pass DOT drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Compliance with DOT regulations; marijuana prohibited.
• Reliable attendance and a safety‑first attitude.
