For this role, we seek individuals responsible for safely and efficiently delivering equipment, products, and materials to customers in a timely and professional manner.

• Operate vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws
• Transport loads safely and timely over required routes, obeying traffic laws and safety regulations
• Manoeuvre truck and trailer into loading/unloading areas; follow loading crew signals
• Assist with loading/unloading goods and materials, using specialized equipment when needed; unload empty skids and return equipment to designated areas
• Maintain signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork; deliver documentation upon route completion
• Perform routine service checks on trucks (oil, water, gasoline, air); report malfunctions to supervisor
• Arrange trailers in shipping yards for optimal loading patterns
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; professional and courteous communication
• Ability to stay focused in busy environments
• Hold a valid commercial driver’s or chauffeur’s license appropriate for the vehicle weight
• Pass background and drug tests as per transportation regulations
• Pass DOT physical (trucks over 10k lbs)
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Ability to sit for long periods in a trailer cab
• Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Clean-shaven appearance may be required for customer deliveries
• Position is safety-sensitive; passing a drug screen is mandatory
