CDL-A Truck Driver - Weekly Guaranteed Pay
Trans Am Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for dedicated driving positions. Join us to enjoy consistent home time, competitive pay, and great benefits with weekly guaranteed pay for a full schedule.
Benefits- Starting pay rate is $0.61 - $0.65 per mile, loaded and empty*
- Safe driving reward: raise after first 30 days if accident‑free and high safety score; bi‑annual pay reviews thereafter.
- Guaranteed weekly pay when working a full schedule***
- 8 days on 48‑hour home time schedule
- Bonus opportunities, layover pay, and stop pay

- Top‑of‑the‑line late‑model equipment
- Valid CDL‑A license
- At least 12 months verified tractor‑trailer driving experience
- Minimum age 21 years
- No DUI convictions in the last 3 years
- No accidents in the last 6 months
- No more than 1 accident in the last 12 months
- No more than 3 moving violations in a 3‑year period
- No reckless driving violations in the last 5 years
- DOT physical and drug screen required
